Interesting information on protein shakes!
Protein shakes are a great asset to have after (or even before) a workout. However, you need to accept that it is also the training that stimulates muscle growth, you must have a good training program optimized for yourself and your goals to induce optimal gains. Also, nutrition is more important than protein shakes, because you need to provide your muscles with a constant stream of protein so they can recover faster and better. Another important facet in your lifestyle will be sleep. Your muscles are said to recover twice as fast when you sleep, your brain will also be more alert and it helps relieve stress(so why not sleep?!). You should be getting 8-12 hours of sleep every night.
