Simple workouts to make you stronger! Series (1/4)

Working out can sometimes take a chunk of time out of your day. But with this set of advice it will make everything more time consuming. Some people ask themselves, how long should I work out for? What body parts should I work out?

A perfect amount of time to workout each day can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour. You might not have a lot of time to do things in 15 minutes but you can easily squeeze in a quick cardio workout such as running, swimming or biking. Now if you plan on using weights at a local gym or your personal weights i suggest a 30 minute workout at the least. Now when you workout you want to use this thing called muscle confusion. Muscle confusion is when you mix exercises in with each other so you can see the best possible results. In a 30 minute period you can work out at least 2 body parts. The best body parts to workout in pairs are:

1. Back and Biceps (also do forearms)
2. Triceps and Shoulders
3. Chest and Abdominal
4. Legs ( Hamstring, and Thy's :also include calf's)

The more time you have to workout the better it will suit you in the end. The more time: The better!
